Womens Self-defence Schedule
These self-defence classes are based around the same system taught in the adults combatives classes however the programme is much smaller with a main focus on learning what to do in the event you are attacked by a sexual predator. Once you master these classes you can test for your pink belt.

Our self-defence course focuses on teaching you how to defend yourself against the 15 most common attacks on women. From wrist grabs to back grabs to being pinned on the ground by an assailant holding a weapon, we will cover strategies to neutralize these attacks.

The techniques we teach are based on using leverage and timing. Therefore, anyone, regardless of age or athletic ability, can successfully use these moves to defend themselves. Learn how to defend yourself in a safe, friendly, and cooperative environment.
