Get ready for a powerful two-hour free seminar where you’ll experience first hand why Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is unmatched in handling bigger, stronger opponents!

This event is open to anyone aged 13 and older. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, dressed in gym attire. This session is designed to be slow-paced and accessible for all mobility levels.

You will learn together with other first timers the fundamentals ideas and techniques you would need to stay safe and defend yourself in a fight.

The seminar will be held at Watford Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy, run by Ben Tippen, a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Gracie University and Yanxiu (Vera) Tippen, a Blue Belt 4 Stripe under Ben Tippen.

We are located above Junction Motors near Flourish Craft Bakery. There is plenty of parking spaces around our academy.
